• If you were involved in an accident, please also complete this ICBC Injury Claim Form for Massage Therapy.

RCMP OFFICERS

Blue Cross does cover those who are eligible. A doctor’s note IS required.

ICBC Coverage

Massage therapy is subsidized by ICBC. ICBC covers 12 treatments up until 12 weeks after the accident. A massage therapy note is not required.
