Elizabeth Esposito, RMT
Esposito Massage is owned and operated by Elizabeth Esposito, an experienced and licensed Registered Massage Therapist who is a member of the Massage Therapy Association of BC (MTABC) and the College of Massage Therapists of BC (CMTBC).
Elizabeth has been practicing massage therapy since 2007. Originally practicing in Toronto and Yellowknife, she now practices in British Columbia, treating clients primarily in the Port Moody area.
She graduated from Centennial College’s Massage Therapy Program, and has continued her interest in holistic therapy and has earned additional training in acupuncture from McMaster University’s Contemporary Medical Acupuncture Program in Ontario. She also obtained a Bachelor’s of Health Sciences from Thompson River’s University.
Elizabeth also enjoys her time teaching in the massage therapy program at Vancouver Career College.
Elizabeth has treated a wide range of individuals. She has worked with the elderly, bi- and paraplegics, and provides treatments for headaches and TMJ dysfunction. In addition, she has experience working with students, infants and pregnant women, as well as in senior and palliative care. She has a passion for working with individuals post surgically.
Elizabeth has also provided massage treatments and injury prevention & recovery to:

Jonathan Oaing, RMT
Jonathan is passionate about his work and enjoys working with and educating his patients. His focus is to expedite the patient’s healing process to alleviate their pain.
Originally from the Philippines, Jonathan completed the Registered Massage Therapy program at the Vancouver Career College located in Burnaby in 2016. His interest in massage therapy originated with being fascinated with anatomy and physiology along with the body’s amazing healing potential garnered through positive therapeutic touch. Massage therapy allows him to combine his affinity for people, interest in health and science education.
He will work to meet your treatment goals using his training. Training which includes: Joint Mobilization, Deep Tissue Massage, Muscle Energy Technique (MET), Swedish Massage, And Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF).
When he’s not working, Jonathan is usually enjoying the company of his wife and son. The whole family love to explore the beautiful province of British Columbia. He also revels in sports and has a fondness for all things basketball.

Leo Chen, RMT
Leo graduated in 2015 from the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College. During his time in school, he developed many skills and shared a genuine interest in myofascial techniques and joint mobilization techniques, which he now adapts to fit every patients’ needs specifically. He uses these varied approaches in a multi-disciplinary clinic to promote the recovery of each patient and to prolong the healing benefits that regular team-based maintenance can provide. With that being said, Leo is continuously expanding his repertoire of skills to treat a large variety of patients. His enthusiasm for learning has driven him to further his education by obtaining additional certifications in RockBlade IASTM techniques and soft tissue release techniques.
When Leo is not at work, he can be found spending quality time with his friends and family either walking around in the city or participating in fun activities. Along with his interest for the outdoors, Leo is an avid volleyball player and has a weakness for board games and the occasional video game. But no matter how hectic life can get, Leo will always make time for his motorcycle which is his favourite way to unwind.

Kathryn Tian, Acupuncturist and TCM Practitioner.
Dr. Kathryn Tian got her bachelor degree of science in Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and master degree in China Academy of Chinese Medical Science. She has a passion for helping people achieve their optimum health.
Prior to coming to Canada she was a published researcher, translator, lecturer and oncologist. She has continued to publish research on cancer, and Traditional Chinese Medicine and infectious diseases, as well as being a lecturer on various topics that include using Traditional Chinese Medicine to strengthen the immune system.
She was an instructor in a Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture and has continued her continuous pursuit of learning by enrolling and completing the Registered Massage Therapy program at Vancouver Career College.
Dr. Tian enjoys using acupunture for facial rejuvenation and weight control . Her main focus in treatment is working with women and children to help them achieve their pursuit of wellness.
In her spare times she can be found swimming, gardening , listening to music and travelling.
Dr. David Song, Acupuncturist and TCM Practitioner
Dr. Song graduated from Beijing University of Chinese Medicine and worked in a famous orthopaedics hospital – Jishuitan Hospital of Beijing where he was a resident for 6 years. He has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese medicine in Greater Vancouver area since 2000.
Dr. Song has over 25 years experience on treating musculoskeletal disorders. His therapeutic methods include acupuncture, Asian style manual therapy (Tui Na), cupping, and more. He believes in a holistic and systematic treatment approach for soft tissue injuries. Based on this essential understanding, Dr. Song developed his own Structure-based Systematic Strategy to combine acupuncture and other suitable methods together for a better outcome.
Dr. Song is also a joint interpreter of three books: Fascial Manipulation for Internal Dysfunctions, Fascial Manipulation for Musculoskeletal Pain – Theoretical part, and Palpation and Assessment in Manual Therapy.
Dr. Song enjoys helping people to get rid of pain and recover from injury.
Nick Cherubini, RMT
Nick graduated from Vancouver Career College’s Registered Massage Therapy program in 2022. His clinical experience during education exposed him to a diverse clientele with many different conditions becoming especially confident in treating different shoulder injuries. During his education he also completed a study measuring the results of massage therapy on chronic achilles tears. He has a strong background in sports and enjoys working with athletes in injury prevention and rehabilitation. Nick also attended numerous outreach programs during his education working with elderly patients.
During treatment Nick utilizes myofascial techniques and uses an evidence based approach to help his patients reach their goals. He believes in patient education during the treatment and loves answering any questions patients have to give his clients the tools they need to effectively recover. He believes massage is an important aspect of recovery, maintenance and injury prevention. The ultimate goal is to give every patient the best possible care by listening to their individual needs to tailor a treatment plan using massage, exercise, and self-care to help them reach their full potential.
Outside of work he enjoys hiking, dirt biking, camping and spending time with friends, family and the dog.
David (Tess) Kiing, RMT
David graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy program. She has a great interest in human anatomy and physiology and providing effective and informative treatments that tailors to individual needs.
Before pursuing a career in massage therapy, David attended Douglas college for nursing. She applied her knowledge of anatomy to massage therapy. This has aided her in her study and allowed her to become proficient in the use of manual mobilization techniques such as Proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) stretch, and Golgi tendon organ release to help promote proper muscle function and relieving patient discomfort.
Outside of work, David can be found out running, playing tabletop games with friends or at home cooking, or drawing.
Dr. Sahar Lakhani, Naturopathic Doctor
Dr. Sahar works with patients to achieve optimal levels of health and wellbeing to improve and enhance quality of life using evidence based therapies. For athletes, weekend warriors and fitness enthusiasts, the focus is oriented to performance optimization.
Dr. Sahar addresses a wide variety of health concerns including but not limited to energy restoration/optimization, acute and chronic illnesses, physical recovery and injury rehabilitation, athletic performance, digestive health, sleep optimization, female and male health, weight loss, immune disorders, and allergies.
Dr. Sahar, a naturopathic doctor, speaker, and coach, holds an Honours BA in Economics and Political Science as well as Doctor of Naturopathic Medicine from the Boucher Institute of Naturopathic Medicine.
As a former athlete then coach, Dr. Sahar has competed on national and international platforms and continues to engage in sports as a fitness instructor and mentor to young competitive athletes.
Dr. Sahar finds great importance in service for humanity and has been involved in positions of leadership with charitable organizations including Red Cross, UNICEF, Girl Guides of Canada, AKDN Kenya, and the Quality of Life initiative. Sahar is also a contributing author for various publications, including educational books for chiropractors, registered massage therapists, and naturopathic doctors.
